**Salary**: £23-25K DOE
**Contract**:Full time, permanent.

**Who are we looking for?**

Our growth and increasing customer base have created an opportunity for a Project Controller to join our team and deliver our installation solutions on a global scale.

The purpose of this role is to assist with the management of multiple projects by working in collaboration with the Program Manager and Maintenance Controllers to ensure projects and programs are completed in line with the company goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate and promote company values and behaviours.
- Understand and comply with project management processes and procedures.
- Proactively support project team in planning and delivering client projects/programs.
- Assist Program Manager/Maintenance team with the coordination of resources.
- Conduct quality controls within deadlines to ensure deliverables meet compliance.
- Track project progress and collaborate with project team to ensure completion within time and budget.
- Monitor project progress and escalate potential issues to Program Manager and/or Partners.
- Always create a positive and professional environment.
- Manage Partner network resources and information

**What you'll need to be**:

**Essential**:

- Previous experience working in administration
- Strong organisational skills
- C or above in GCSE including Maths and English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience supporting projects
- Technical documentation preparation
- Ability to analyse and present information
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions
- Awareness of the retail industry
- Experience using project management software
