Working Hours and Environment

A standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, balanced with office-based work and site visits.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Prepare accurate cost estimates and comprehensive budgets for civil engineering projects.
  2. Manage cost planning, analysis, and control to ensure maximum efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Oversee procurement and tender processes, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address financial matters directly.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Prior experience in civil engineering is essential.
  2. A valid driver's license is required for frequent site visits.
  3. Proven skills in cost estimation, budget management, and financial analysis are necessary for success in this role.
