**Job Brief**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting eyewear, providing knowledgeable advice on frames, lenses, and styling.
- Manage the scheduling of eye test appointments, ensuring efficient use of the optometrist's time.
- Provide pre-test information and support to customers to ensure a smooth testing process.
- Achieve sales targets by actively promoting Specscart’s products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest eyewear trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist with the display and presentation of eyewear products to maintain a visually appealing store.
- Support the store manager with inventory management, including stock ordering and restocking.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing sales transactions and maintaining customer records.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment.
