If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our Craghoppers Merchandising team.

The role of the Merchandising Admin Assistant is to provide effective administrative support to the Merchandising team in the planning, trading and potentializing product sales in line with the Merchandising business strategy.

This is a detail orientated position with a high level of accuracy needed to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.

**The impact you will have in this role**:

- Weekly and monthly reports of sales and stock figures created and distributed, supporting management decision making and forward planning
- Price changes and promotions updated and inputted onto the system and communicated to internal customers and key business partners
- Sales data collated and uploaded onto the system in a timely manner
- Seasonal and in-season orders raised on the system
- Supply chain issues identified alongside the Assistant Merchandisers and assisted with, with problems or delays dealt with accordingly
- All stock movements managed and processed on the system following Merchandiser’s instructions
- Stock queries from all areas responded to
- Ad-hoc channel/stock reporting conducted as required

**The skills you will bring to this role**:

- Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal and organisational skills
- Ability to follow up and follow-thru
- Team oriented attitude
- Quick Learner
- Detail oriented and able recognize misses and oversights
- Has interest in Retail and is willing to expand their knowledge in this area
- Proactive desire to learn
- At least 5 GCSE’s A* - C / 9 - 4 or equivalent including Maths and English
