**What you will do**
Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager you will work alongside an established Contact Centre team supporting the membership and wider business.
You will focus on recruiting new members and identifying opportunities to recruit members. You will also provide customer care to our existing members, introducing them to our partner offers and the many membership benefits we have.
You will work 37.5 hours per week, covering hours between 07:00 to 17:00 on Monday to Friday and occasional weekends on a rota basis (time is given back in lieu).
**What you will receive**
- The role is permanent, offering a salary of £21,000 per annum.
- Performance-based bonus in which you can earn up to 5% of your annual salary.

**What is the process?**
- We do not mess about and review CVs quickly as they come in or call us for a chat first
- Interviews and a short roleplay will take place at Bede House with the Contact Centre Manager and Team Leader
- Onboarding would involve training off and on the phones with supervision from your colleagues, whilst on an induction plan, meeting people around the business to understand what we do.
