- Corpus Christi Catholic College is a highly regarded 11-16 secondary school with a caring ethos and high standards, part of the St Gregory the Great Catholic Academy Trust.**We are looking to appoint a well organised, friendly and enthusiastic Attendance & Pastoral Administrator to work full time in with our attendance office team from September 2023.**
- Key duties of the role include:_
- To carry out tasks related to pupil attendance and punctuality under the direction of the Attendance and Outreach Lead.
- To carry out tasks related to the administration of the pastoral systems as directed
- To co-ordinate and manage protocols and standard operating procedures.
- To work alongside key staff in college to promote high levels of attendance and reduce levels of absence.
- To ensure all aspects of the college’s Attendance Policy are administered in a way that meets the aims and objectives of the college.- the ability to work as part of a team
- the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
- the ability to cope with a wide range of tasks in a busy office environment

Experience of working in a school office is an advantage.**Working hours** for the post are 37 hours per week, 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 3:30pm on Friday (this includes a 30-minute lunch break)This post is term-time only plus 5 additional days
