Our client, an International business, experiencing strong growth, is looking to recruit an Administrator to provide effective support. This is a really varied role for a hardworking and highly organised Administrator with involvement in HR processes, supportingCustomers, involved with customer promotions and incentives, some invoicing and much more. This role would suit a highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and a focused approach. This role is fully office based.

**Daily duties & Responsibilities**:

- Working with the sales support process, attending weekly meetings to discuss business wide promotions and incentives for customers
- Supporting the Finance & Customer Services team to set up new customer accounts
- Review customer contracts, ensuring all information is accurately completed
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure information requests are logged
- Managing and tracking customer presentations
- Coordinating product launches into customers
- Booking and organising internal meetings, customer visits and all associated logistics for these events
- Booing travel arrangements for members of the Executive Board
- Organising customer meetings
- Some HR duties including inputting payroll, sending references and other HR correspondence

**The right person is vital to this role with a positive and focused attitude and approach to work. In addition you will have the following**:

- Experience gained within a similar Business Administration or Sales Support role
- Able to deal with a variety of tasks and show flexibility to the range of duties
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to liaise at varying levels internally and externally with clients
- IT literate with strong knowledge of MS Office
