Description

Sales Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage stationary orders
  • Assist the transport team with vehicle organization and logistics coordination
  • Input and process sales orders, producing relevant labels and delivery notes
  • Support purchasing of non-standard stock items
  • Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to maintain stock levels
  • Handle invoicing, scanning, and electronic filing of sales orders and related documents
  • Monitor shared sales email inbox and address customer queries
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
  • Fulfill any reasonable requests from the line manager

Profile

Sales Administrator - Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
