EightPM is shaping pop culture by putting challenger brands in the spotlight and keeping established Fortune 500’s relevant. EightPM is looking to expand our fast growing team with people that share the same passion and drive for shaping pop culture with the brands and shows we know and love. It’s a great time to join our team and grow with us as we continue to expand operations into international markets.
EightPM has offices in Austin TX, Los Angeles CA, and London UK. As a New Business Account Executive, you’ll be joining our London team, always acting in the best interest of EightPM and ensuring the values of our people-first culture so that we can continue to grow our fantastic team In this role, you will collaborate closely with our North American team and clients. Therefore, a willingness to work flexible hours, accommodating the time difference, is essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop & lead new business opportunities from start to finish
- Create strategic pitch decks & proposals/contracts for new business opportunities
- Deliver strong & meaningful new business presentations (virtually via Google Meet/Zoom)
- Execute & close new business contracts
- Respond to RFPs as needed
- Be an expert in EightPM’s capabilities & services
- Strategize with Account Management Team on contract renewals & upsell opportunities
- Maintain meticulous account notes & records in our CRM & other databases
**About You**:
- Minimum 4 years experience in any new business/sales role
- Minimum 2 years experience as New Business Account Executive, meeting or exceeding goals/quotas
- Documented success selling B2B services in either marketing, advertising, or SAAS
- Highly detail-oriented with above average organizational skills
- Above average time management & multitasking skills
- Problem-solver who is driven by challenge
- A strong work ethic with resilience & tenacity
- Extroverted with outstanding verbal & written communication & interpersonal skills
- Thrive in both team & independent working environments
- Tech savvy with personal or professional experience in all of the following platform categories:
- Salesforce, HubSpot, or any CRM
- DocuSign, HelloSign, or any e-signature platform
- Slack or any internal communication platform
- Zoom, Google Meet, or any video-communication platform
- Canva, Powerpoint, or any presentation platform
- Instagram, TikTok, or any social media platform
- Passionate about TV, film, & brand awareness/in-entertainment marketing

**COVID Safety Measures**:
Reliable transportation and residency in the greater London area are required as this is a hybrid position. Because this is a hybrid role and in-office collaboration is required, all employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Our in-office mask policy reflects the current local and federal safety guidelines.
Pay: £50,000.00 per year
