The Senior Influencer and Talent Manager will play an integral role in the execution of the influencer strategy and will focus heavily on driving brand awareness through key relationships. A crucial element of this exciting new role will include buildinga strong group of brand ambassadors, from Instagram models to A-List celebrities no two days will ever be the same. The business is looking for a someone with a sound understanding of influencer culture and knowledge of social media channels. The Senior Influencerand Talent Manager will also have the opportunity to travel to various events and take advantage of the generous staff discount.

**The Main Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers across a number of different digital channels
- Research and onboard relevant influencers with a focus on key territories.
- Offer recommendations in the execution of the social media strategy
- Oversee and manage KPIs on all Influencer and outreach activity
- Report on influencer performance on a monthly basis including gifting, affiliates, retainers and paid collaborations.
- Co-ordinate outreach strategies with influencers
- Ensure that all projects are completed within budget
- A minimum of 2 years’ Influencer/Outreach experience
- Confident liaising with influencers
- Proven track record of executing influencer outreach campaigns
- Experience managing a team
- Genuine interest in beauty, retail and influencer marketing
- Fantastic organisational, communication and time management skills
