Our JD Sports Marketing Team have an exciting opportunity We are looking for a Influencer & Talent Marketing Apprentice to join our inhouse team. In this role you'll be working with a team of talented brand, campaign, social, and studio marketing experts. Working for JD across our brand portfolio including Nike, adidas, Puma, The North Face and Under Armour to name a few. This is an extremely exciting time to join our expanding inhouse marketing team.

- **Working hours** - 40 Hours per week

**What You'll Be Doing**:
As a Influencer & Talent Marketing Apprentice, you'll be doing the following:

- Together with the Influencer and Talent Marketing team, support in developing social media-driven campaigns which successfully increase JD brand awareness, social engagement and follower growth.
- Develop an understanding of digital, retail and/or OOH landscapes and use this knowledge to implement/develop campaigns.
- Ensure the JD UK Influencer pool is kept true to the brand, fresh and diverse.
- Attending key JD / brand events/activations where Influencer talent is required - this may include some international travel
- Support in the management of multiple low to mid-tier Influencer campaign briefs in line with launches and key calendar moments. Assisting with tasks incl. - but are not limited to:

- Budgeting
- Contracting
- Identifying talent
- Creating content
- Scheduling and posting content as well as measuring analytics
- Agreeing and planning the content for the influencers themselves

**What We're Looking For**:

- Knowledge of the JD brand; past, present, and future
- A genuine interest in Influencer marketing
- A genuine interest in the current social media landscape - Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Good project management skills, organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Good communication skills
- Eagerness to learn with a 'can do' attitude
- Experience in / understanding of working as a team and why this is important in the workplace
