The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Talent Executive to join our Talent Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing high-profile influencers, ensuring they are matched with suitable brand partnerships that align with their personal brand and audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit top-tier influencers across various social media platforms within diverse content sectors.
  • Manage day-to-day communications with assigned influencers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop strategic plans for signed talent to maximize their growth and financial productivity.
  • Monitor influencer performance and growth, offering feedback and support to enhance their personal brand.
  • Collaborate with the management team and broader NewGen teams to strategize and contribute to action plans for robust and profitable campaigns.
  • Oversee the execution of managed creator campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of branded content on video and social platforms.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong experience in talent management and digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile influencers and successful brand partnerships.
  • In-depth understanding of the creator economy landscape from both operational and talent perspectives.
  • Flexibility, strong multi-tasking abilities, and a willingness to work across all functions of a creator roster.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, and Instagram analytics is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Established network within the influencer and social media community.
