This is an apprenticeship role with great progression opportunities where you will train on the job to become a skilled administrator whilst gaining valuable experience in the exciting and rapidly growing Green Energy sector.

**Job details**
- Answering the phone, taking messages and forwarding on calls to the relevant colleagues
- Book/rebook appointments and manage the engineer and owners diaries
- Confirm appointments and provide relevant information to customers
- Track all new enquiries and ensure quick follow up
- Design new solar proposals using 3D Software (training provided)
- Order from suppliers for upcoming jobs
- Sorting incoming posts, scanning and filing, and photocopying.

**Apprenticeship eligibility requirements**:
Please note that this is an apprenticeship position, which will require enrollment in a relevant educational program or completion of specific coursework. **Requirements are**:

- To not already hold an administration qualification at level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.

**Package includes**:

- Complete a fully funded qualification.
- Spend at least 6 hours of your contracted working hours studying towards your apprenticeship.
- 28 days annual leave entitlement

**Working Week** - 35 hours, plus overtime available occasionally.

**Salary**: £11,648.00-£20,820.00 per year
