Key Responsibilities:
  • Support hiring managers with the end-to-end recruitment process, providing specialist guidance and advice to minimize delays.
  • Prepare and send out recruitment correspondence for interviews via Trac.
  • Work effectively under pressure and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and KPIs.
  • Support key recruitment projects, enabling the recruitment team to deliver high volume, quality, and streamlined recruitment services.
