- Posting bank/supplier payments on Sage
- Posting supplier invoices entered on Sage
- Filing bank receipts, supplier invoices, and PODs on Sharepoint
- Sales Ledger_
- Posting bank receipts/customer payments on Sage
- Filing runs paperwork on Sharepoint, including delivery notes and manifests
- Returns/credits - adjusting items back to stock on return, plus raising Customer Credits once authorised
- Replying to customer queries
- Bank_
- Bank rec updated daily
- Cashflow forecast updated daily

- Debtors report
- Creditors report
