**New role**: Pensions Regulatory Manager
- **Location**: Surrey
- **Working Pattern**: Hybrid working - 1 - 2 days in the office.
- **Remuneration**: Excellent package including, bonus up to c20%, 10% non-contributory pension, extremely flexible working patterns and various other additional company benefits
Even during these unprecedented times, my client a global leading financial services organisation is still very much "business as usual". They have consistently grown and evolved over the last couple of years and this is something that they is looking tochange.
**They now have an additional requirement that would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Senior DC Pensions Administrator with the technical knowledge who is looking for that next step in their career.**
Based in their Pension Governance division, this area is responsible for pension documenting and maintaining Regulatory information as well as looking at all processes to ensure compliance. Additionally the team also review DC processes and other documentationagainst the Repository and perform gap analysis to ensure that they are compliant with current legislation and guidance.
You will join a team that create and maintain the UK Regulatory Repository and Operational Compliance Framework for the Defined Contribution schemes, as well as further supporting Operational Technical Team to ensure the business operates in a fully compliantmanner with appropriate processes and controls. This will include but not limited to:
- Reviewing materials developed previously like product specifications, service guides and admin manuals to ensure alignment where appropriate and flag potential remediation needs due to divergence from regulations.
- Providing policy interpretations based upon regulations.
- Outlining policies can be used for review by a design authority and implemented by subsequent process review team(s).
- Reviewing existing processes and customer outcomes against "new" policies, provide gap analysis and progress required small scale process/output changes. Identify need to investigate historical cases.
