Temporary Events Administrator

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a great local business, supporting with their independent exhibition team within the quarrying, construction and recycling industry. Our client is currently seeking for a highly organised Events Administrator to provide administrative support and customer service when preparing for an exciting event.
This role will then be followed by 2 weeks working away from home and taking part in the running of this exciting event with all expenses paid.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a real passion for working in events and is looking to gain some experience within this field of work.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors
- Prepare exhibition materials and documents
- Understand site health and safety rules
- Front of house support for onsite queries
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous admin and customer service experience
- The ability to manage busy workloads
- Confident in dealing with clients and customers face to face and over the phone
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Willingness to take on other duties as required
- Knowledge and respect for health and safety
