**Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover FTC)**

**Day to day**:

- **Reporting and input into Marketing Plan** - Create periodic overviews of Marketing activities and performance and report to the business. Co-create and implement the country Marketing elements of the Sales and Marketing plan.
- **External marketing** - Develop, execute and monitor external and internal processes (including PR) and materials, including development of monthly internal newsletter, continuously liaising with relevant internal departments / stakeholders and external agencies.
- **Campaigns **- Develop, execute and manage advertising campaigns according to Sales and Marketing plan, liaise with external agencies, ensure the execution of the campaign, monitor progress and evaluate the results and impact.
- **Events **- Contribute to planning and organizing customer events, including event selection, budgeting and evaluation, in line with the Sales and Marketing plan. DLL brand and offers efficiently and effectively reach specific targets groups and create brand awareness.
- Build strong partnerships with Sales teams to accelerate business growth.
- **Marketing / Merchandising materials** - Contribute to, order and coordinate the production of marketing and merchandising materials for a specific market segment or offers, continuously liaising with Sales, Marketing and external agencies/suppliers.
- Try to be as **Customer Centric** as possible as we at DLL **create amazing customer experiences.**

**Essentials**:

- Experience in the financial services industry a plus.
- Experience or an interest in the Marketing field with proven experience in planning and execution.
- Proactive and positive attitude, ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of DLL, in the UK and globally.
- Ability to work independently, but self-motivated to stay closely connected with a globally dispersed team.
- Analytical and project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills: must be able to communicate big ideas, lead meetings, and presentations.
- A good eye for detail and ideally design.

**Extras**:

- Knowledge of key software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe InDesign a plus.
- Marketing or business-related degree education preferred.
