Drive Business Growth with Data-Driven Insights

We are seeking an experienced Market Intelligence Manager to join our team at Reed Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our client's marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through in-depth market analysis, consumer insights, and category management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behaviors, preferences, and trends in the industry.
  2. Category Strategies: Develop and implement category strategies to ensure optimal growth for both the business and retail partners.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and product development by ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned with consumer needs and market trends.
  4. Performance Tracking: Analyze and track category performance against KPIs and deliver regular reports on market share, sales growth, and profitability.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within marketing insight, customer insights, and shopper metrics, and have worked within FMCG or retail/B2C. Proficiency in tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Tableau, or Power BI is required.
