Customer Service Advisor

Haverhill

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a team in Haverhill.

You will be the first port of call for the company so this role would suit a confident individual.

THE ROLE:
" Maintain customer contact logs

" Customer follow-up calls

" Record all complaints and cancelled jobs

" Maximise additional sales opportunities

" Co-ordinate collections and deliveries.

THE CANDIDATE:
" Excellent Phone Manner

" IT Literate

" Excellent Customer Service skills

This is a fast-paced role, so would suit and organised and methodical person that works well under pressure.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary and performance related bonus opportunities per quarter.

The hours of work are: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:30pm and every other Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
