Part-time Administrator

Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with our client, based near to Cobalt Business Park in their search for an Administrator to join their team.
This is a part-time role, ideally working 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday with some flexibility around this.
Duties will include:
- Answering calls and supporting queries for clients
- Data Input onto in-house system
- Managing Social Media across Business
- Processing Invoices
- General Ad-hoc Admin support across business
Person Specification
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of social media including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter for business use
- Be a team player and happy to work in a group environment
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and communication skills
