IT Technical Services Manager with excellent knowledge of MS365, server infrastructure and network design, is required by leading UK IT & Telecoms solutions provider in their Huddersfield office. This is a hands-on role providing infrastructure support,as well as direct line management and contribution to business strategy as part of the senior leadership team.

This role will be hybrid working, with 2 days per week required in the office.

A full UK driving license is required for this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Line management and support to the IT and Telecoms teams
- Providing third line IT support
- Contribution to business strategy and company development as part of senior leadership
- Designing and implementation of new systems for customers and the business
- Ensuring department SLAs are met and continuous service improvement

Experience required:

- Successful management of an IT team
- Strong technical skill in infrastructure/3rd line IT support, including MS365 & Windows server
- Design and Implementation of large-scale server infrastructure projects
- Excellent understanding of network design, cyber security, and firewall management
- B2B IT and/or Telecoms experience - (MSP experience would be a bonus)

**My client is looking to pay a starting salary of up to £45,000 + hybrid working + benefits.**
