**Salary**:£23,000 per annum

**Hours of Work**:40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

**Location**: Office-based working from our Matchworks office in Liverpool.

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**What will your role be?**

Working within the Contact Centre at Avela Home Service, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, professional and responsive front-line customer-focused service relating to property repairs and maintenance which meets both customer expectations and KPIs. You will provide operational support to ensure compliance with all aspects of NICEIC, Gas Safe, FIRAS, BMTRADA and other accreditations.
