The organisation aims to create thriving places for young people and flourishing communities. With a commitment to long-term transformation in mind, body, and spirit, YMCA St Paul's Group has served the community for over 150 years.

**About the role**:

**Safeguarding Responsibilities**: You will be responsible for safeguarding residents at your service, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

**Maximising Housing Occupancy**: Maximise occupancy by managing referrals, inducting new residents, and liaising with partner agencies.

**Compliance and Behaviour Management**: Ensure adherence to Tenancy and Licence conditions, decisively addressing anti-social behaviour and following YMCA policies and procedures.

Joining our team means being part of a dedicated and skilled group where your expertise will make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Your varied responsibilities will keep you engaged, and your commitment to excellence will be rewarding and fulfilling.

**What we offer**:
At YMCA St. Paul's Group, we prioritise improving diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the services we provide. We value your authenticity and unique voice and encourage you to share your opinions. You will have the opportunity to be a catalyst for change by actively participating in our Employee Resource Groups.
