**Installation Co-ordinator (Retail)**

My client is seeking an installation coordinator to assist in all aspects of the installing for major high street brand clients. The installations are promotional sets for Store windows and instore displays which are designed and produced on site at my clientspremises.
- Your will be liaising with a team of specialist installers internally and externally for more specialised installations and planning and coordinating their time and availability for each installation job
- Updating and amending the system and reports and submitting to the store prior to installations and keeping communication flowing between all parties
- You will also book in sub-contractor installations team, gather schedules and quotes and costs to input onto Excel schedules
- Submitting final costs to Project Coordinators and get approval and submitting costs to procurement

**This is a busy and important team role that requires**:

- Need to have some scheduling experience (scheduling engineers, installations team etc)
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication
- Good customer services skills
- Ability to multitask
