**Facilities Coordinator | Wellington, New Zealand | Full Time | $4,000 NZD per month**

- A basic knowledge and understanding of facilities management and finance is required
- Good administration skills
- Excellent customer service skills are required as the first point of contact for clients
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Numerical skills
- Highly organized, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritising schedules
- Technologically literate and confident with office technology & software
- Good English skills (verbal & written)
- Evidence of working in a flexible changing business environment
- Ability to undertake reasonable travel between sites as required
- Team player
- Problem solving skills
- Customer relationship management
- Diplomatic and professional, and able to interact on all levels

**Your role will include, but not be limited to**
- Liaise with Cleaning Contractors to ensure the Tenancy is consistently cleaned to a high standard
- To arrange a meeting on a monthly basis to discuss any issues that need to be addressed
- Actively assist in desk allocation of new starters/relocations and clean up after terminations
- Liaise with other Contractors who attend the site on a Monthly/Quarterly/6 monthly basis. All contractors are to be escorted on site
- Maintain and assist with AV Systems in meeting rooms to make sure that they are in good working order
- All Facilities Tasks are to be logged into the Concept Tool as required
- Follow up with Property Management/Vendors for any maintenance/repairs
- Actively participate in the preparation of Quotations, Contracts/agreements for Vendors
- Liaise with Contractors/coordinate suitable dates/advise staff depending on works taking place
- Obtain all relevant Contract Management Forms prior to any new works taking place and save to specific i.e. SWMS, Insurances and Signed NDA
- Ordering of Stationery & Pantry Supplies on a Monthly basis for Wellington, Auckland & Hamilton
- Assist with Projects as required: i.e. Churn Requests and any minor improvement works.
- Assist with Ad Hoc Maintenance Requirements as required
