**Location**: Glasgow (3 days WFH and 2 days spent in the Glasgow offices)

**Salary**: Up to £70,000

A brand-new opportunity for a Senior Digital Strategist to join a top digital agency based in Glasgow City Centre has been created. Our client is a multi-award-winning agency that specialises in digital transformation across a range of industries, from travel and leisure to finance. Working with leading brands such as Virgin, Fitbit, Santander and more, you’ll help to deliver innovative digital marketing solutions.

**The Role**:
You’ll be joining the strategy team, a vital force in crafting client strategies aligned with audience and sector goals. You’ll collaborate seamlessly, consult clients, and support Tribe leaders in delivering high-quality outcomes. Embracing a human-centered ethos in digital transformations, continually refining industry insights. Your experience will play a pivotal role in consistently producing outstanding work.

**Requirements**:

- Develop client strategies addressing audience, business, and sector objectives.
- Inspire the creation of exceptional experiences for transformative results.
- Work on client accounts and new business initiatives.
- Consult with clients and define digital strategies.
- Support Tribe leaders in delivering high-quality work.
- Implement a human-centred approach throughout the digital transformation process.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge and skillsets on the job.
- Share findings with the strategy team and the business.
- Utilize extensive experience to contribute to creating brilliant work consistently.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced working in an agency and as a Strategist at a lead/senior level.
- Proficient in client collaboration and consultation.
- Possesses strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Skilled in creating comprehensive digital strategy reports and internal briefs using clear and thorough language.
- Expert in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative research to uncover valuable insights.
- Proficient in eliciting pertinent information and requirements for shaping digital transformation initiatives.
- Capable of translating insights into service design and customer experience frameworks and collaborating with production teams to surpass client expectations.
- An experienced user experience (UX) researcher with hands-on involvement in user testing, focus groups, and data analysis.
- Demonstrates outstanding research skills encompassing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including test design and execution.
