**About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Butlin’s IT Team as we embark on an exciting period of change.

This role will be responsible for a number of projects focused on the separation and migration of Butlin’s current systems as we move to a stand-alone business. This will involve working with senior business stakeholders as well as the wider IT team to ensurethis process is delivered on time and without disruption to our teams and guests.

As well as the separation program, we are also looking to transform a number of existing systems which will provide exciting new offerings for the future Butlins proposition.
You will form part of a change team who are responsible for converting IT strategy into projects and programmes with a focus on business outcomes.

**About You**

We’re looking for an experienced Senior PM, specifically with exposure to large scale separation and migration projects.

Working closely with stakeholders from across the business and with the wider IT team to estimate schedules of work, you will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from building business cases with cost and ROI metrics, right through to mobilisation andclosure. You should have the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time and work to prioritise where necessary.

As we will have multiple projects running at any one time, you should also be experienced in managing and monitoring the workload and delivery of larger teams from both within the business, and with our external partners.

A Project Management qualification would be considered advantageous but is not essential for this role. We’re much more interested in your experience, mindset and ability to drive success in the right way for our business.
