**About us**:
We are looking for a talented **Specialist Support ** to join our team and work on one of our exciting projects for one of our global clients.

**You will be based in your own home, with travels happening to the London and Essex office when required.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate activities between Markets relating to key project tasks
- Take ownership of tasks and keep track of progress
- Create & maintain documents to support all aspects of the Training Platform (Translations, job roles, data integrity etc)
- Report program/project status where required
- Schedule and run meetings, document meeting minutes and communicate status updates within the team
- Communicate with Markets on a frequent basis to provide support, and find solutions to issues, liaising with other areas for resolution and chase where required.
- Ensure all quality standards are met relating to data integrity
- Competent Analytical skills, and familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Connect
- Provide additional support to the Senior Learning Centre Support Specialist where required on day to day tasks (LMS Support/Reporting)
- Identify new trends across different training content styles for Markets
- Be proactive in searching for process improvement
- Investigate better ways to maximise data analysis

**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills, ability to deal with a variety of competing tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working under pressure to manage key deliverables against hard deadlines
- Self-starter, flexible and able to work using own initiative with little supervision
- Excellent communicator with competent written skills
- Proactive approach to the vision of the team and identify new tasks
- Problem Solving
- Competent Analytical skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office

**Preferred Skills**:

- Training/LMS experience would be an advantage
- Previous Admin Support experience in an IT environment.
- Ability/experience in process management and improvement
