Job Overview:
FeedAlert is a new and exciting technology for remotely monitoring material levels in bulk storage silos. With both hardware and software developed in house, this is a department at the cutting edge of agricultural technology.
We are seeking a Technical Support Admin Professional
As a Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and resolving technical issues they may encounter. This is a varied role working within a small team, an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical skills to help customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up units for despatch and pre use testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues collaborating with IT support for more complex issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the freshdesk system
- Produce sales and purchase orders and take customer payments
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Provide admin support to the FeedAlert Sales Team
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience within an IT support, administration or technical support role
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
