Are you ready to kick-start your career in the dynamic world of asset management? My client are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Asset Apprentice to join their team. As an apprentice, you will be exposed to a comprehensive learning experience that will lay the foundation for a successful career in asset and short-term rentals within the materials handling sector.

My client are a leading manufacturer within the forklift industry specialising in a mixture of forklift trucks. The materials handling sector is an industry that is sought for world-wide which will offer you job stability, a genuine and successful career path and the opportunity to be apart of a company whom offer smart and innovative products.

In exchange you will be rewarded with an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration which is a 18 month course, a competitive salary circa up to £25k, day shifts (Mon - Fri), annual bonus, 25 days holidays, company pension and much more.

Job Profile

As an Asset Apprentice we are seeking people from a variety of different backgrounds and previous experience is not essential. If you are successful, you will be offering full administration support to the Asset Controller and Short-Term Rental team ensuring that stock records are managed, updates of sales channels and data cleanse of stock records.

You will be learning all aspects of Asset Management, taking on associated projects to maximise returns from the fleet. Covering for Asset Controller to fulfil key tasks when required and interacting with other departs to ensure equipment is inspected, stored and prepared in a time sensitive and suitable manner.

What are we looking for as an Asset Apprentice?

As this is an Apprenticeship, no specific experience is required, however the following will be desirable:

- Previous experience working within an administration role
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritise job responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience of building and developing strong customer relationships
- Experience working with MS Windows; Word, Excel & PowerPoint
