**Brief overview of the role**:
We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to kickstart their career in operations. As an Operations assistant apprentice, you will be assisting in day-to-day operations tasks under the guidance of Operations Managers and the Head of Quality & Delivery.

This is a remote role.

**Qualifications Required**:
Potential apprentices must have GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English.

**Vacancy description**:
To undertake allocated Operations administration tasks including assisting with the monitoring of Operations and Delivery Team KPIs, targets and SLAs, the administration of on-line data and reports, undertaking follow up actions as appropriate.

Conduct checks and assist with planning of progress reviews in line with programme and funding requirements.

Work closely with the Operations Managers, Functional Skills/ALS Manager and Head of Quality & Delivery to support with the administrative function of the department.

Working on systems uploading documents, pulling reports, using this system effectively to help drive the department’s KPIs to submit, monitor and report all data correctly.

Assist in housekeeping of learner files on our electronic data systems ensuring clean live data is always retained.

Support the business with providing wider support as and when required by the Operations Managers.

Support the implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

You will complete an internal apprenticeship at L3 in Business Administration, through Skills 4 Pharmacy.
