- Computerise project data and maintain accurate records
- Provide clerical support such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Conduct office tasks including typing, data entry, and using Xero
- Assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth project operations
- Maintain an organised filing system for project documentation
- Answer phone calls professionally and handle inquiries with phone etiquette
- Utilise Google Suite for various office function
- Document Control-Manage and control documentation for all projects,
- Assist the Production, Commercial, and Estimating Directors with tasks such as chasing quotes, designs, certifications, and warranties.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and ensure proper distribution.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Site Managers.
- Create Purchase Orders
- Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes and office management skills
- 2 years minimum Office experience in handling various administrative tasks within the construction sector
- Strong clerical skills to support office operations effectively
- Must be self-motivated, self-confident and a self-starter
- Proficiency in computerising project information and utilising software systems
- Thorough attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and perform data entry efficiently
- Familiarity with Xero for financial record keeping
- Administrative capabilities to assist in project coordination
- Excellent organisational skills to manage project documentation effectively
- Phone etiquette skills for professional communication with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full driving licence.
