REED are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation who are recruiting for a Marketing Insights and Analytics Officer based in Norwich.
Salary £27,929 to £34,308. Hybrid working, must be UK based

**THE ROLE**
You will be responsible for the successful development and delivery of the web analytics infrastructure, delivering strategic direction relating to campaign insight on all allocated projects as directed by the Marketing Managers.
Your analytics knowledge and experience will be used to supervise those in the team that may need day to day support to solve business problems and help develop their skillset.
You will implement effective tracking & A/B testing solutions to provide insights into target audiences and provide expert knowledge around developing technologies.
The role is expected to follow marketing best practice on all assigned projects, ensuring that project plans, budgets, stakeholders, development activity updates and robust reporting is in place for each and every allocated project.
The role is responsible for feeding into regular project status meetings, clearly showing project progress on a weekly basis and flagging issues related to resource or stakeholder management at the earliest opportunity.
The role will also support the Marketing Managers in providing info as requested so that key stakeholders are kept informed and updated on workloads, priorities and performance. Training up individuals and teams as well as driving increasing self-service.
You will be a self-driven marketing expert, with knowledge and understanding of all current key marketing and business disciplines as well as have the adaptability to learn and understand new disciplines as marketing evolves.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage all aspects of the tag management system and assume responsibility for testing, deploying and maintaining tags following best practice
- Working with an external agency and web dev / web & portal teams to support their new SEO strategy / reporting process and ensure that improvements are realised and communicated
- Consult colleagues across ARM to identify reporting requirements, make recommendations and impart specialist knowledge in an accessible manner with clear actions
- Monitor developments in web analytics, tag management and search engine optimisation and communicate important changes to relevant stakeholders
- Use knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript to develop and extend functionality of the website where necessary to support the aims of the Marketing and Web & Portal team.
- To support Marketing Managers in the clear communication of marketing success with key stakeholders through reporting and clear campaign & project progress.
- Support wider Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud implementation, including Google Analytics integration, Datorama reporting, and Salesforce dashboard builds.
- Continued monitoring of marketing insight & analytics innovation e.g., staying on top of the latest Google changes or latest tools.
