As East Anglia’s leading B2B marketing agency, we are seeking an adaptive and ambitious Marketing Executive to help with our continued growth.

**Full Mix Marketing**

Established in 2016, we have expanded quickly with loyal clients in sectors including professional services, technology, manufacturing and public health.

We deliver high-quality strategic, digital and creative marketing to help businesses grow - from a single element to totally outsourced delivery.

We have ambitious plans to further grow our business in 2023 and are currently looking to fill a number of positions.

**The Role**

We require an enthusiastic and intelligent person to join our team and play a key role.

Working alongside the directors, account managers and other execs, you will help create and deliver marketing from inception to completion. The role may be broad - or focused on your specific skill set.

Though a good understanding of marketing is vital, you will receive support and training to create marketing that genuinely delivers results.

This is an office-based role in Norwich city centre.

**Key Duties**
- Delivering or contributing to key elements of marketing, including:

- Strategy and planning
- Branding and messaging
- Digital marketing (incl. website design, SEO, PPC and analytics)
- Social media marketing
- PR and content marketing
- Graphic design, marketing materials and advertising
- Understanding and communicating the client’s brand, products or services
- Managing your workload to achieve agreed outputs
- Helping to identify and capitalise on opportunities for clients
- Contributing to our processes, management and direction

**The Person**

**Essential**
- Experience of marketing in a commercial or agency environment
- Good understanding of the principles of marketing
- Well organised and able to effectively plan your own workload
- Comfortable with a relaxed but productive environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptive, dependable and keen to learn

**Desirable (but not essential)**
- Business, English or marketing related qualification (e.g. degree, CIM)
- Content writing skills or experience
- Strategic marketing skills or experience
- Digital marketing or web design skills or experience
- Graphic design skills or experience of Adobe Creative Suite
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships with clients
