unite is a full-service event marketing and event management agency, with a dynamic team, fresh approach and innovative ideas. Based in Norfolk and London, we are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join the team and coordinate and execute innovative marketing campaigns for our clients.

Launching in 2021, the business has expanded rapidly and we are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Executive to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. Working alongside our clients, the successful applicant will oversee event marketing campaigns across a portfolio of events including conferences, roundtables and webinars as well as event management when required.

We are looking for someone who knows events, what it takes to organise and promote them and is happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved, all to benefit our clients. You may not know everything there is to know about events marketing, but we will teach you, support you and encourage you to grow in this area. You will need to be a strong copywriter and be confident in your ability to work with our clients, all of which we love working with

**Your key responsibilities will be;**
- Create and maintain project budgets, timelines, and marketing communication
- Manage marketing partner relationships with external media publications, and industry and professional associations, including identification, outreach, barter negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing communications
- Monitor, track, and provide analysis to help measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Coordinate front-end, creative production and back-end support for event marketing campaigns
- Act as a liaison for events marketing across other areas of the events business, including sponsorship, programming and operations, graphic design.
- Perform competitor analysis and analyze points of differentiation across events
- Update regular reports detailing delegate revenue and effectiveness of marketing activities
- Develop and implement a social media plan appropriate to the target market, promoting through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube as well as relevant blogs, forums and online communities

You will work alongside our Marketing Manager, predominantly working for our clients but there will be the opportunity to contribute and support on the execution of unite’s marketing strategy, which can only be a bonus

We are working with a hybrid model, meeting in our Norwich office once a week, however if Norwich isn’t local for you, then we can discuss alternatives
