A new role has been created with a successful company based in Norwich in their Marketing Team for a Marketing Executive who will support the delivery of all marketing assets for external marketing and internal communication channels.

We are seeking a positive and ambitious Marketing Executive who can organise and coordinate online and offline marketing assets - items will include social media content, updating the website and intranet, supporting the content generation for blogs andcasestudies, brand activity - including video and photography projects, event literature and promotional goods.

The work you will be involved in will be part of the marketing and internal colleague engagement strategies (which you will have the opportunity to help shape) and you will need to be able to analyse and measure the performance against set goals and KPI’s,using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.

No two days will be the same, as this small but dynamic team, are involved in many parts of the business, driving business growth, aligned to the vision and mission. In this role, there is the opportunity to be truly creative, working autonomously in a businessthat is beginning its journey.

Outline of the role - daily responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the content calendar - social media and internal comms
- Deliver engaging content on a regular basis, that educates and inspires the audience (external and internal). Edit and proof-read content, ready for sign off
- Optimise content considering SEO and Google Analytics metrics
- Review and monitor web and intranet traffic metrics
- Act as brand guardian for all marketing assets - ensuring alignment to brand guidelines, vision, mission and values of the business.
- Support the delivery of branded items - sales and event literature, signage and promotional goods
- When needed, liaise and work with external marketing agencies to deliver activity

**Skills**:

- Good copy writing skills - that can alternate in style depending on the audience
- Creative ability to design, simple creative - aligned to brand guideline
- Knowledge of using standard creative software e.g. Canva, would be an advantage
- Analytical skills and use of Google Analytics would be an advantage
- Confident and open communication
- Willingness to learn
