Order Fulfilment Administrator

We are currently looking for a proactive thinking Order Fulfilment Administrator. We want our customers to return, so we keep them at the centre of what we do. You will be responsible for helping to provide the best service to our customer with the aim of increasing customer retention and inspiring loyalty. Language skills are a big bonus
**The Opportunity**:
- The Order Fulfilment Team will be responsible for managing customer orders from the moment a job is created until delivery to the customer. Each Administrator will be proactive and organised with a real flair for spotting issues and problems and resolving them before they occur. A strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential as intra department communication will be a day to day occurrence as every aspect of the order will be under their coordination.
**Requirements of an Order Fulfilment Administrator***:
- Experience in developing relationships
- Able to adapt to change and be flexible in your approach to work
- A proactive attitude to work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
**Responsibilities of an Order Fulfilment Administrator**:
- Check customer purchase orders or proof of payments making sure all information is correct and matches our system.
- Order parts for jobs from our suppliers via either PO, credit card or requesting proformas.
- Regularly liaise and communicate with other departments to ensure that the correct documentation/process is obtained when shipping either from suppliers, intra warehouse or to the customer.
- Chase suppliers to ensure any delays are avoided. If delays are unavoidable, send updates to the customer.
- Send tracking and proof of delivery to the customer.
