**Who you’ll be working for**:
You will be joining a company that concentrates on medical products for orthopaedic surgery and traumatology. As the industry leader for bone cements, the company develops, produces and markets biomaterials and accessories to make an essential contribution to improving surgical results in bone and joint surgery as well as infection management.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- The main aim of this role is to contribute to the evaluation and development of sales and marketing strategy and performance in co-operation with Operations and Country Managers.
- You will be tasked with tracking the local market developments and align with corporate sales strategy, identify marketing opportunities and develop local (UK) strategies, assist with market and registry data analysis/reporting and shape and deliver media content.
- The role will grow and develop around you and will eventually include putting data in to SAP and building UK specific marketing strategies for the company.

**Here’s what you need**:

- Ideally you will have a minimum 1 years’ experience in a sales and marketing role preferably in medical devices (other markets will also be considered).
- You should be a self-starter, able to work under little/no supervision happy to work in office alone at times (only one other UK marketing person).

**Basic Salary**:£28,000 - £38,000

**Bonus**: +c4k (annual bonus)
