**About The Role**:
The role holder has responsibility for the provision of customer support and training to deliver a suite of new technology and service solutions’ propositions to AAH customers. The role will also provide the customer and AAH Sales Teams with the day-to-day advice and training required to support the continued development and operation of AAH Commercial, Technology and Service Propositions.

**Accountabilities**:

- Create and deliver training for customers and AAH Sales Teams to support the roll out of new AAH propositions, utilising feedback from customers and Sales teams to support the evolution of the training programmes
- Develop and deliver training programmes to address existing knowledge gaps to ensure the ongoing success of existing propositions
- Support the wider Customer Development Team and Sales Teams to develop and implement AAH propositions, using insight from customers, sales teams, the market and competitor activity to improve the customer experience and deliver profitable business growth
- Support the implementation of the go to market plans that have been defined by the Customer Development Team
- Work cross functionally to define customer requirements
- Utilise sales tools and reports e.g. CRM system and interfaces to record high quality customer interactions and measure success

**About You**:

- Experience in delivering customer focused training solutions across a portfolio of different products/services
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- IT literate, familiarity with Webex (or similar) as a channel for delivering training
- Key stakeholder relationship building skills
- Understanding of, or experience working in a Community Pharmacy or Dispensary is desirable but not essential
- NVQ 2 - Dispenser or NVQ 3 Technician.
