**Office Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with projects as needed
- Assist with scheduling and confirming meetings
- Assist with project coordination as needed
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations for various departments
- Maintain filing systems, print files, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Experience**:Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience is required. Please note that this position requires a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: From £7,000.00 per year

- Halifax: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
