**PURPOSE OF JOB**

To head the team responsible for maintaining the standards required for this prestigious

residential development.

***

**PRIMARY ROLE**
- To provide professional concierge services to the residents of the apartments consistent with the policies set for the management of a prestigious residential building.
- To work with integrity to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of residents and their guests.
- To ensure that front desk is manned at all times with adequate cover for sickness and holiday periods.
- To work as a team with fellow concierges, security and other members of staff to maintain the highest standards possible in a development of this nature both in respect of residents and the building.
- To assist in the upkeep, maintenance and day to day operations of the development. To support the team responsible for the smooth running of the Building which includes understanding and upholding the Health and Safety Policy.

**CLIENT FOCUS RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To deal with requests from residents in a professional and courteous manner.
- To ensure an up-to-date and extensive selection of booklets, guides, and brochures is available to residents as well as guidance as to what is happening in the area/locally.
- To deal with telephone enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, taking messages and ensuring that they are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
- To ensure that all incoming and outgoing mail is handled in accordance with laid down procedures. This also applies to key holding and distribution.
- To deal with any concerns and minor complaints in a satisfactory manner and ensure the Property Manager is made aware of the details. To note the incident in accordance with laid down procedure.
- Offer and maintain key holding service.
- Take responsibility for CCTV cameras.
- Ensure all matters relating to personnel issues are communicated to and authorized by the Property Manager.
- Daily inspection of the property to ensure high standards are maintained throughout - both in terms of ambiance and quality of work and services delivered, ensuring the lobby area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
