**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR CONCIERGE AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY HOTEL**
- What you'll be doing..._

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Supporting Front of House management at all day-to-day concierge duties.
- Commitment to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Be knowledgeable of the local area and the main attractions and activities in London.
- Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running concierge operation, dealing with guest queries and requests efficiently, and ensuring this is carried out through the team.
- Anticipating guests’ needs by enhancing the Westin Experience.
- Ensures compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborates with the Front of House manager on ways to continually improve departmental service.

The Westin London City Hotel Residences is a key part of the redevelopment of the former Queensbridge House site as well as an independently operated destination restaurant. The site stretches from Queenhithe Dock, the oldest in London, and runs north to south, bridging across Upper Thames Street and giving it a prominent position over one of the primary arterial routes through the City of London.
