**Location**:Point West, SW7

**Working Hours**:4on 4off 0700-1900

**Salary**:£32,500 per annum

**Contract**:Permanent

This exciting role will be based at a high-end development close to Gloucester Road station. The development consists of 401 residential apartments.

**Key Responsibilities and Requirements**:
As a Senior Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

- Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
- Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors. Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
