**Position Title: Concierge Officer**

**Reports To: Senior Concierge Officer**

**Job Summary**:
The Concierge Officer serves as the face of the residential building, delivering a high level of personalized service to residents. The role involves facilitating a variety of services, managing requests, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the concierge desk.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Resident Services**:

- Greet residents and guests upon entry, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Assist residents with daily requests such as booking transportation, making restaurant reservations, and providing information on local attractions and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring accurate delivery and security.

**Communication**:

- Maintain open and efficient communication with residents, staff, and management.
- Relay important messages and announcements to residents as needed.

**Operations Support**:

- Monitor and manage the operations of the concierge desk, keeping the area tidy and well-organized.
- Keep records of all interactions and transactions, following data privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to report and follow up on any issues or special requests.

**Security and Safety**:

- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities to the building management team.
- Ensure that all visitors are authorized and registered according to building policies.
- Be familiar with emergency procedures and act as a point of contact during emergency situations.

**Building Services Tasks**:

- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the building amenities, policies, and local attractions.
- Manage the concierge desk operations, including handling mail and packages, key control, and administrative tasks.
- Regular site walkarounds to ensure that the building is clean, and any issues are logged with the building management team.
- Undertake daily tidying up of the common areas
- Report any damages and repairs to the building management team
- Ensuring front of house is tidy at all times
- Ensure that outside area of the building is tidy, and litter is not present

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and updating resident information.
- Maintain inventory of front desk supplies and materials, reordering as necessary.
- Record keeping, signing in and out on the timesheets
- Deliver a full handover to your colleague before leaving the building

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on service excellence.
- Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to adopt.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with resident information.
- Building services knowledge - desirable
- First Aid & Fire marshall - desirable
