Helpdesk Administrator

**Helpdesk Administrator (Temporary) - Leeds, LS9 8DZ**
- Contract: 6-8 Weeks
- Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
- Pay: £11.64 per hour
- Location: East Street, Leeds
- This is a temporary assignment to last approximately 6-8 weeks._
**Some duties may include**:
- Answering calls
- Handling Queries
- Assigning contractors to jobs
- Raising purchase orders
- Managing records and database
- Liaise with engineers and contractors
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience handling telephone queries and high volume of calls
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role required.
