Ability to communicate clearly and act quickly in an emergency situation Able to work under pressure, problem solve in a changing and challenging environment. Attention to detail, familiar with medical terminology.

Able to prioritise, work autonomously using own initiative as well as working collaboratively as a team. Able to deal with the general public in a wide range of situations requiring diplomacy, tact and compassion. Able to deal with challenging behaviour in a tactful and calm manner. Capable of learning new skills and adapting to new policies and procedures in an ever changing environment.

Understanding of hospital and basic knowledge of roles in other areas
