**Business Development Manager**

Our client is an established, fast-growing edtech company that specialises in upskilling individuals through commercial, professional qualifications and apprenticeships. The business is looking to rapidly grow its apprenticeship division and is seeking ahungry Business Development Manager to join at this exciting time You will be based out of the office in Langley, Berkshire and report directly to the Channel Director.

**You will need**:

- Experience in dealing with corporate customers
- A hunger to earn commission and grow within the business
- An excitement to sell a service that will help to change a customer's life
- A willingness to learn
- A committed, professional, reliable, target-driven and ambitious personality
- Confidence in your communication, both written and verbal
- Good math's skills and be IT literate
- A can-do attitude and the desire to deliver a quality service
- An understanding of compliance in a sales environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments in the industry
- Keeping on top of administrative tasks - such as updating CRM (customer relationship management) systems
- Holding presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
- Liaising with operations teams to ensure effective handover from business development to delivery
- Servicing existing clients in a way that supports a happy growing relationship
- Working with other departments to promote e-Careers offerings with client opportunities
- Demonstrating and enforcing company standards and brand values
