Customer Complaints Advisor

SiD Recruitment are looking for a Customer Complaints Advisor to join their client's growing team. This is a permanent position.
**Job Role**
You will be dealing with customer complaints so will need to be able to work under pressure ensuring that the correct information is provided to the customer inline with company policies and procedures.
- Manage the customer database, ensuring the accuracy of data being inputted
- Dealing with customers over the phone
**Skills required**
- Excellent phone manner
- Good with Microsoft Office (full training provided)
- Leadership skills
- Time Management skills
- Ability to work under own initiative
Full training will be provided - 4 week period. You may be required to travel to other sites across Staffordshire occasionally, so access to transport would be required.
Working hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
