**HESCO, an engineering company** specialized in providing comprehensive structural engineering services and execution projects; in addition to, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Electromechanical designs; based in Spain with offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon and **United Kingdom**.

We are searching for a **Procurement Assistant** for the **London Office **to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required. He/she will be collaborating with various departments, vendors, and suppliers, you will be instrumental in optimizing our procurement practices.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify potential suppliers, solicit bids, and negotiate contracts for goods and services needed by the company.
- Process purchase requisitions from different departments, ensuring they comply with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Analyze and compare supplier pricing, terms, and conditions
- Review and assess contracts, agreements, and terms provided by suppliers to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives
- Support the logistics processes of the company
- Other administrative responsabilities that the position demand

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management (1 years to more)
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Available for travel (valuable)
